Sharon has been managing our property for 8 years. She's always getting repairs & maintenance done quickly, as well as regular rental inspections with photos emailed to us on the day. We've had 2 tenants over this period & as soon as 1st one left next one was in with no loss of rentals for us. Financial documents are emailed to us along with income deposited to our account, on time every time. Now we're renting a property through her for while & she's been just as helpful to us as tenants.
